Denim Bay uses the Finest and Greenest Denim Fabrics in the world. Our Denim Fabrics are entirely made in Milian, Italy.

Denim Bay primarily uses cotton, either organic cotton, Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) cotton, conventional cotton, or recycled cotton that our mills recycles on-premises from leftover scraps.

We use laser machines to create characters on our garments. Our designers input a pattern of the jeans' looks into the very sophisticated computer program. This waterless process eliminates the use of chemical abrasives, creating a safe and fair environment.

Then, the jeans are pulled onto an upright pair of blow-up legs, and the design is lasered onto the garment, which burns off indigo, leaving them with a broken-in look.
